How long have you owned this car?
Six years in March.

Is there anything unique about the history of this car?
No not really I found the car on AutoTrader it was in Newburg NY, my wife and I loved the car the minute we saw it.

Why did you choose this car to purchase?
I wanted a two seat convertible (Midlife crisis doncha know) and the English cars were kind of pricey.

What other cars did you consider?
Triumph and MG.

What was your objective with this car?
Keep it stock, enjoy driving

What tuning style best describes this car (ex. Euro, bling, OEMplus, street racer, auto crosser)?

Who helped you build this car?
No one. The car is just as I bought it.

What makes your car special?
I like the fact it's very clean for a 20 year old car, also I like the name, it's from the movie "The Graduate" Dustin Hoffman's character drove an Alfa Spider in the movie.

What is your favorite part/feature/function?
I like the way the car handles.

Who or what inspired the direction of modifications on this car?
The objective was to keep the car stock.

What don't you like about this car?
I wish the shifting was smoother, (it may be the driver too) but first to second is a little tricky especially if you get the RPM up in first.

What was your biggest obstacle in building this car?

How did you overcome the issue?

What would you change if you could?
Stock radio and stock wheels.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with the outcome of this project?

What would you do to the car if money were no object?
Rebuild the engine or at least try to increase the power a bit and body work including paint.

Who has been your biggest critic of this project?
My daughter she calls the car "My red headed step child" 

What do your family and friends say about this car?
They love it, even my daughter.

What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car?
My wife and I took a trip to Massachusetts for an Alfa meet it was a four hour drive, we totally enjoyed the day I had the car for less than a year at the time.

Has this car competed in any events? Results?

What is your favorite place to drive this car?
Every fall my wife and I drive up route 63 to Pittsfield Mass to do some leaf peeping, there's a pottery shop in Sheffield Mass we always stop at, and when we return we take route 7 back through Kent .

What is your ideal day with this car?
My wife, the dog and a long road trip for lunch.

Who gets to drive this car?
Me, everyone else seems to be afraid to dent it.
